Greetings Homeowners,

The Board of the Georgetown Estates HOA would like to cordially invite you to attend the next HOA meeting on August 25, 2011 from 7:00-9:00pm at the City of Van Alstyne Community Center, located next to the Van Alstyne Police and Fire Stations in downtown.

This will be an informational meeting and no voting or actions will be taken. The Board has received several communications from homeowners and has consulted with city officials and Mayor Kim DeMasters and would like to present ideas and options concerning the present state of the sub-division and the future of the HOA including management, collections, and expenses. We will have printed information about the HOA to hand out.

If you have specific questions that you would like addressed please send them via email to member@georgetownhoa.com  and the Board will send a reply that your question has been received. If for any reason you do not receive a reply, please print and bring your email to the meeting. We will make every effort to address all concerns or questions submitted. If we do not have enough time we will schedule another meeting to continue
